After delivering sevaral great compositions together, Jatin Lalit broke out due to personal problems. The two maintained an enstranged relationship while they were judges on Amul Star Voice Of India. But recently the power of music managed to reunite the two brothers.

Bollywood’s most renowned and celebrated musician brothers came together after their much talked about separation. After a very long time, Jatin and Lalit were seen hugging each other with brotherly affections only on the sets of Amul Star Voice of India.”

The episode had national award winner Shabana Azmi and actress Ayesha Dharkar of the critically-acclaimed film ”Terrorist” fame as the judges.

Moreover, all the Star Voice Of India I finalists got their families on the sets to make the episode memorable. Proud parents of each contestant came on stage and said few lines about their children. Tears started flowing when Harshit brought his blind grandmother on stage .

It was Harshit’s song, ” Rooth Ke Humse ” that Lalit dedicated to Jatin. Both brothers had tears in their eyes. Shabana Azmi then asked the two of them to forget all their past problems and give each other a hug and start life on a new note.

Last Sunday’s Koffee With Karan was full of fun. And that was made possible by Karan’s favorite guests, the caustic Farah Khan and the witty Shah Rukh Khan. The Koffee With Karan episode was a sort of reunion of the Om Shanti Om team. You had director Farah Khan, main lead actor Shah Rukh Khan and female lead star Deepika Padukone.

Amit Paul one of the wild card entries into Indian Idol 3 is surely one of the better contestants of Indian Idol. Personally I prefer the singers of Star Voice Of India compared to the ones at Indian Idol. They seem to have more throw and power in their voice.

But Amit Paul surely shines. Though I believe Amit Paul is only restricted to romantic song. The greatness of Amit Paul is that he sings these romantic numbers like no one else. His performance Nasha Ye Pyaar Ka Nasha Hain and Pehlaa Nasha were stand out performances. When Abhijeet Sawant ( Indian Idol One) was asked who he felt would win the competition and be the Indain Idol, his answer was ” Amit Paul”.

What We Will Miss In This Season Of Nach Baliye

The ever so loving judges, of Nach Baliye 2 will not be there to judge this season. So no more whistling of Saroj Khan. No more cleavage of Malaika Arora. And no more Kunal Kohli ( ya, I do not care about him) . But no Malaika and no Saroj Khan, surely there will be a huge lacuna in the show with their absence. Isha Koppikar and Vaibhavi Merchant will try and fill the gap, as the new judges of Nach Baliye 3.

This Sunday the Koffee is going to get even hotter. Shah Rukh Khan will make his second appearance in the same season ( he was there for the first episode of Season 2 of Koffee With Karan). Accompanying Shah Rukh Khan wil be the team of Om Shanti Om i.e. Farah Khan and debutante Deepika Padukone. Expect one entertaining episode. Here are a few titbits of this Koffee With Karan episode.

It’s home turf for Shah Rukh and Farah as they have been on Koffee with Karan more than 4 times each! They jokingly remark, “We have been here almost as much as you”. Karan, Shah Rukh and Farah, who share an excellent camaraderie, have an absolute ball on the show, as they leave no opportunity to mock each other! Farah admits that marriage has changed her and has given her a new perspective in life! Karan and Farah reminisce some funny incidents while they were shooting for Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and have a hearty laugh. Shah Rukh, on the other hand who is at his wittiest best and looking super cool with his new hairdo and well toned body tells Karan that he had promised Farah, if ever he would strip, it would be for her film! Speaking about Om Shanti Om, Farah and Shah Rukh keep their fingers crossed and are hoping that it lives up to its huge expectations! Joining them is the very beautiful Deepika Padukone who shares that she was nervous while shooting for Om Shanti Om but, Farah and Shah Rukh made her feel very comfortable. And when quizzed, if she was dating Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika expectedly replied the cliché, “We are friends.”

Sanjay Dutt is going through a turmoil and the ghosts of the ‘93 blasts are haunting him. Right now in jail, Sanju baba as he is fondly known is awaiting the Supreme Court’s sentence.

Katrina was at her diplomatic best. When asked about her relationship with actor Salman Khan, katrina refused to comment and went on to say some crap about Cancerian people that had Karan completely confused.

While Lara Dutta was rather cautious learning from the mistakes she made on the last season of Koffee With Karan. Though Katrina gave a good fight for the coveted Coffee Hamper it was Lara Dutta who took the goodies home, leaving a rather annoyed Katrina.
