Kamal Hasan is all set to remake the hit Tamil psychological thriller Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu in Hindi. He has reportedly also offered Shah Rukh Khan to paly the lead role in the film, that of a police officer who is on a mission to hunt down a serial killer who has been  brutally murdering and raping girls. However Shah Rukh is currently in a dilemma as he has to choose between the remakes of two Tamil films -  Kamal Hasan's 'Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu' and AR Murugadoss's 'Ramanna'. Kamal Hasan's film would however give Shah Rukh Khan an opportunity to play the role of a police offer for the first time. Menon confirmed his eagerness to cast Shah Rukh and said: "I don't know where these reports of Salman Khan being an option for 'Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu' are coming from. It's Shah Rukh Khan, who is the first and only choice. Kamalji played the part in the Tamil original. So Shah Rukh seems the right candidate for the part."

A few months back, Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor were the buzz in tinsel town. Their romance was the talk of Bollywood. But just within a flash the news spread out that they are no longer couples. Deepika Padukone, in a recent interview with Mumbai Mirror revealed the reason why she broke up with Ranbir Kapoor. The super hot beauty said that she was not very happy with Ranbir’s conduct with other women. This left her feeling insecure. Here is what Deepika, who is rumored to have broken up with Ranbir because of his closeness to Katrina Kaif during the filming of Rajneeti, had to say: “If my man gives me my security, why would I be possessive? Then I wouldn’t ask him where he is, what he is doing or even who he is with. If my partner is doing things, which betray my trust, then I will become possessive. You become possessive only when you know there’s something going wrong, not just for the heck of it. It’s not about the kind of person I am, it’s about the person I am with.”

The Sanjay Dutt and Manyata wedding saw a new controversy opening up, what with Dino and Kangana caught red handed smooching each other.  Kangana latter denied this totally and said that it was just a friendly peck and not a smooch that the media was making it out to be. Kangana in a press release said that : “I know Dino for a while now. We’ve met socially and even had a few laughs but to make it seem like there is something more is terrible.”

Salman Khan finally seems ready to tie the knot at the age of 42. Better late than never we say. Salman Katrina's romantic relationship was no secret. Aditya Pancholi and Kangana Ranaut have finally split ways. And it is time to throw around the muck. Aditya Pancholi reveals in an interview the bad side of the sweet innocent looking Kangana Ranaut. “We have stopped seeing one another for a while now. Some time back she called me to say she wanted money, about Rs 1 crore, to buy a house. (This, after she had complained against me to the police.) I called up a banker-friend and stood as her guarantor and got her a loan of Rs 50 lakh. Then, I gave her Rs 55 lakh cash from my pocket. Of this, she has returned Rs 25 lakh. She still owes me Rs 30 lakh. I’ve also spent Rs 10 lakh on her sister’s plastic surgery, after the acid attack. But I’m not asking for that back. I paid all the bills. When Mukesh Bhatt asked back for her signing amount of Rs 50,000, I paid that for her too. I’ve written all that off. But I’d like to have the money that I lent her for her house.” The bitterness has now made way for a calmer acceptance of the situation. He says, “We were as good as husband and wife. I was actually building a house for  both of us on Yari Road. We lived together for three years at a friends’ place. I used to show her a lot of movies.” He continues, “Kangana didn’t have a penny when I met her. I saw her the first time on the road. She was on the verge of a nervous breakdown. It was June 27, 2004. She was drenched, and sitting on a bike with a guy from the Asha Chandra Acting Institute. I was supervising the construction of a building.
