After the success of Zameen and Golmaal, director Rohit Shetty somewhere lost his touch and came up with a third grade film like Sunday. And now he comes back with a sequel to the superhit Golmaal. Titled Golmaal Returns the movie has Rohit’s common actor Ajay Devgan along with Kareena Kapoor, Tushaar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade and Arshad Warsi in the lead.

After sequels of Munna Bhai MBBS and Koi Mil Gaya striking gold at the box office. Its time for sequels to be the rage.  And now without the,critics’ ratings or audiences’ response, a sequel to Abhishek Bachchan’s yet to be released flick, ‘Drona’ is already in the pipeline. Though the film’s fate remains undecided, the producer and the lead actors are already on board laying down plans for a follow up to this fantasy adventure.

With the first installment seeing Abhishek in the lead, it’s only obvious that the sequel too will have Jr Bachchan playing the chief protagonist.

Confirming this, producer Goldie Behl told a news daily, “There will be a sequel. And Abhishek will be starring in this one as well.”

Whether or not, Priyanka will be retained remains to be seen.

So what made Abhishek say yes to the sequel?

Based on Chetan Bhagat’s best seller, One Night At The Call Center, Hello, is finally ready for release. The movie directed by Atul Agnihotri stars Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Sharat Saxena, Sharman Joshi, Sohail Khan, Amrita Arora, Gul Panag, Dilip Tahil, Isha Kopikar and Suresh Menon in the lead.

Hello talks about one night. It is a night when dreams will finally crumble. Or will it? For there is that call from God. Narrated as a tale within a tale as a beautiful woman (Katrina Kaif) meets the author narrator (Salman Khan) and promises him a story on the condition that he has to narrate it further, Hello, based on Chetan Bhaqat’s one night @ the call Center, is the one remarkable story from Tales from a Thousand and One globalizing, urban, Indian Nights.

After the success of Aap Ka Surroor, Himesh decided that acting was in his genes and he would sing in only those films where he would be given to don the mantle as an actor. He did save most of us the continuous nasal overtones in every movie that he used to compose music for. But now Himesh Reshammiya is back.

Directed by Satish Kaushik, Himesh Reshammiya’s Karzzz is based on the Rishi Kapoor, Tina Ambani, and Simi Grewal starrer Karz. To imagine Himesh Reshammiya as the lover boy Rishi Kapoor can be really hard. But with Himesh you never know, what with the ssuccess of Aap Ka Surroor.

The music of Karzzz though is very mediocre and note making any waves as yet. Listen to the rather silly worded and dumb song, Tandoori Nights and you might well understand that Himesh’s Karzzz would well be a torture.

Anyways catch the video of Tandoori Nights, atleast it has the hot and sexy Urmila Matondkar to save the day.

After Taare Zameen Par and Lagaan’s success Aamir will be soon starting of Aamir Khan finally seems to have found his leading man for his home production Delhi Belly with his in Imran Khan.

While the rumors have been going around for a long time that Imran had signed the film, it’s only recently that the actor has finally given his nod. In case you are wondering what took Imran so long to give the nod to his maamujaan it’s the same old dates-issue.

Samir Karnik who gave us the rather stupid Kyun Ho Gaya Na and followed it up with a some what respectable, Nanhe Jaisalmer is back with a mega action starrer, Heroes. The movie has a rather long star list that includes Salman Khan, Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, Mithun Chakraborty, Preity Zinta, Sohail Khan, Vatsal Sheth, Dino Morea, Amrita Arora and Riya Sen.

The movie has Salman Khan doing an Akshay Kumar, that’s he dons a turban for this film. The tagline of the movie is very interesting ‘There is hero in every person until we meet the real heroes’. The movie promotes patrioism in a modern way, we will just have to wait and watch whether it does justice to so many characters or it is just one of those same old patriotic sermonising film.

Heroes as the trailer reveals is a story of two boys ( Vatsal Seth and Sohail Khan) who make a journey of a lifetime and discover national pride in the Indian Army. The movie stars Preity Zinta and we are definitely seeing her after quite a long time. Anyways in a male dominated film like Heroes, guess Preity will be totally overshadowed.
