Celina Jaitley was in Delhi recently, to perform for the ICL match in Gurgaon, over the weekend. And even though the cocktail of Bollywood and cricket made for a heady dose of entertainment for the spectators, Celina herself wasn’t so happy!

For one, the crowd got a little too excited and the actress had to deal with rowdy spectators plucking at her sleeve and jumping over barricades, to see her.

And then, there was Inzamam Ul Haq, who was playing for one of the competing teams.

Harry Baweja’s most expensive film, Love Story 2050 is finally ready for release. The sci fi romantic movie star Harman Baweja and Priyanka Chopra. The two who have been in newsfor their offscreen romance are very eager to see whether their onscreen romance will have audiences glued to their screens.

Initially, when the film was announced in 2004, Kareena Kapoor was signed on to play Priyanka’s role in the film, for which she was reportedly paid Rs. 3 crores. Kapoor later opted out in 2006 saying she had some date problems and was replaced by Chopra.
The special effects are being executed by four international firms, of which two special effects’ houses — Weta Workshop (New Zealand} and John Cox (Brisbane, Australia) — have already won an Academy Award for their work on international projects.

Lead actress, Priyanka Chopra will be seen playing a double role in the film.

Given a perfect launch by father Harry Baweja.Harman is all set to bring in new vibrancy and energy in 2008. So is Harman Baweja all set to be the next Hrithik Roshan? Guess only time will tell.

Love Story:2050 is rumoured to be a sci-fi futuristic film and in the film Priyanka is constantly accompanied by her friend Boo. However Boo is not Harman but a robot. The film has a big budget and hence Oscar award winner John Cox has created the robot which is extremely expensive and is seen throughout the film.

Although we’re several months away from Diwali, several dream merchants have already set their eyes on the festive week. In fact, a number of films have already been confirmed for release in the festive week this year. Sometime back, we had told you that Subhash Ghai’s YUVRAAJ, Ashtavinayak - Rohit Shetty’s GOLMAAL RETURNS and Yash Raj’s ROADSIDE ROMEO [an animation film produced in association with Walt Disney] have already locked the date [October 24]. There’s talk that Karan Johar is also bringing DOSTANA [Abhishek, Priyanka, John] on this date.

Now here’s a piping hot development pertaining to the Diwali week. Nikhil Advani’s CHANDNI CHOWK TO CHINA, which marks the foray of Hollywood giant Warner Bros. in Hindi films, is also confirmed for Diwali. Not on October 24, but on October 29. Not on a Friday, but on a Wednesday.

The Rakesh Roshan produced comedy film, Krazzy 4 is all set to release this April. The movie directed by debutant director Jaideep Sen is in news mainly for the item song Break Free starring Shah Rukh Khan.

The Shah Rukh starrer song Break Free has managed to create great buzz and publicity for the film. And now its time for the same song to create even more buzz.

Another version of Break Free will soon storm the TV channels. But this time it will be Hrithik Roshan to floor audiences down with his dancing skills. The Break Free number also has some cool special effects to complement Hrithik’s steps.

The song, shot at Yashraj studios and choreographed by Ganesh Acharya has Hrithik doing some incredibly difficult dance steps despite his long-sustained knee injury.

Hrithik with his dance steps would make Michael Jackson proud. But on the downside, the song doesn’t have that Bollywood item feel to it, with only Hrithik as the center of attraction in the song and no one to accompany him, it does get a bit boring after a while. But for Hrithik Roshan fans, must say this is his best since Main Aggar Kahoon From Lakshya.

Sonam Kapoor is supportedly short listed to star opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi . Must say Sonam is one lucky girl!

Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi is tentatively to be released on 12th December 2008 and will be Yash Raj Films parting film of 2008. The music duo of Salim Sulaiman are signed to give the music for Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi.

The girls in the film include Deepika Padukone, Bipasha Basu and Minisha Lambha. Bachna Ae Haseeno will have Ranbir play a casanova trying to woo all the female leads in the film. Hope that the film, directed by Siddarth Anand, is different from the usual love stories and gets in some freshness in the air. The starcast is surely a totally fresh one. And a good one too . Starring newcomers Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor ( the current hot Bollywood pair), Bachna Ae Haseeno . Apart from Deepika and Ranbir, the movie stars Minisha Lamba and Bipasha Basu. Directed by Siddarth Anand of Salaam Namaste fame, Bachna Ae Haseeno is set to hit theatres in August later this year.

Yash Raj Films, has a strategy of keeping things tightly under the wraps and create as much curiosity as possible for their films. And the same goes with their this year’s release Tashan. Starring Akshay Kumar, Saif ali Khan, Anil Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor, Tashan has been kept under wraps and not much publicity has been done of the film. Seems Yuvraj has a liking towards Bollywood ladies. After Kim Sharma and Deepika Padukone, it is Bengali beauty, Raima Sen for whom Yuvi has fallen over.

The two of them met during the Wills India Fashion Week where Yuvi walked the ramp for the famous designer Raghavendra Rathore.

Yuvraj approached Raima when she was doing her make up and sparks flew from both sides. The two then went out for dinner after which they hit a post nightclub where they partied till wee hours in the morning. It remains to be seen whether Yuvi is third time lucky as Kim and Deepika wrote the scripts of his love life.

After going backless in a Filmfare shoot . Kareena seems to go one step further in Yashraj Film’s next, Tashan. The action packed film Tashan, which is set to release this summer will have Kareena Kapoor go topless.

Sources from the sets of Tashan have reported that Saif wanted the film to have a slight edge, and suggested the topless scene. He first put the idea to Kareena, who immediately agreed, and then went to the film-makers with the plan.
