Sajid Khan’s Heyy Babyy releases today. If the promos are anything to be gone by then this one promises to be one helluva laugh riot. Heyy Babyy is a story about three casanovas ( Akshay Kumar, Fardeen Khan and Riteish Deshmukh) whose life turns upside down when a baby lands at their doorstep one day. Inspired from the Hollywood flick Three Men And A Baby, the movie promises to be a comic blast.

I am not to sure about Fardeen Khan, but Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh surely have great comic timing. Just waiting to see their chemistry on screen.

Nach Baliye 3 is back and it promises to be bigger and better than the it’s previous two seasons. The couple jodis include Rakhi Sawant, Shakti Kapoor, Kashmeera Shah and Pooja Bedi to mention a few. What We Will Miss In This Season Of Nach Baliye

The ever so loving judges, of Nach Baliye 2 will not be there to judge this season. So no more whistling of Saroj Khan. No more cleavage of Malaika Arora. And no more Kunal Kohli ( ya, I do not care about him) . But no Malaika and no Saroj Khan, surely there will be a huge lacuna in the show with their absence. Isha Koppikar and Vaibhavi Merchant will try and fill the gap, as the new judges of Nach Baliye 3.

Aishwarya Rai’s previous Hollywood venture’s : Bride And Prejudice, Mistress Of Spices and the recent Last Legion may have bombed at the box office. But Aishwarya is not one to easily accept defeat. Aishwarya infact has taken her biggest leap into Hollywood this time round.

Aishwarya has bagged a role opposite Steve Martin in the popular Pink Panther detective comedy series. Surely this is one big step for Aishwarya. But we just hope that her role is not the blink and miss kind of which we saw Mallika Sherawat doing in Jackie Chan’s, “The Myth”.

Aishwarya, who plays a detective in the film, was clad in a white trench coat and metallic Christian Louboutin peep-toe shoes. The plotline has actor Alfred Molina and Ash teaming up with Steve Martin (who plays French detective Jacques Clouseau) to nab an infamous thief who steals artifacts from different parts of the world.

According to Mid-day ( a Mumbai taboloid), singer-composer and now actor, Himesh Reshammiyaa is going to charge Rs. 5 crore’s to act, sing and compose for a film. Recently Himesh had announced that he is going to only compose and sing for film’s in which he is going to act. And he is going to do just three films a year. At Rs. 5 crore per film, it is definitely not a bad deal.

Now if there is even a teeny weeny bit of truth in this news then I must give a pat on Himesh’s back and appreciate his confidence. He think’s his presence is worth 5 crores? Ha ha : 5 crores. This man really has confidence.

As of now just waiting for the fool ( or fools) who are going to pay the buck to Himesh for starring in a film. Guys Aap Ka Surroor was a success just because of the curiosity element not because of Himesh’s cinematic charishma. Most of the people who went to watch the movie went to make fun at Himesh, not to appreciate him.

After a disastrous Holiday ( her last film), Pooja Bhatt is back with an emotional drama with terrorism as it’s backdrop.  Here is a preview of Pooja Bhatt’s film, Dhoka, that will be released next Friday.

Movie Preview : Dhoka  

The basic story of Dhoka deals with  communalism and extremists in a section of society . The cost that every member of a community has to pay for those who commit crime in the name of a their community.

Zaid Ahmed (Muzamil Ibrahim) is a bright, young Muslim police officer in Mumbai. Dedicated to his work, respected and admired by his colleagues and community, he represents integration at its most successful. He has learned to live with the violence and the chaos that plagues his city, and on the night of a deadly bombing at the New Century club, he works tirelessly to help the shocked and shattered patients brought to the hospital.

But this night of turmoil and death takes a horrifying personal turn. His wife’s body, the beautiful mysterious Sarah (Tulip Joshi) is found amongst the dead, with massive injuries. Things turn even more horrific when the police coldly announce that Sarah’s injuries were typical of those found on fundamentalist suicide bombers. As evidence mounts that his wife, Sarah, was responsible for the catastrophic bombing, Zaid is torn between cherished memories of their years together and the inescapable realization that the beautiful, intelligent woman he loved had a life far removed from their comfortable, assimilated existence together.

This Sunday the Koffee is going to get even hotter. Shah Rukh Khan will make his second appearance in the same season ( he was there for the first episode of Season 2 of Koffee With Karan). Accompanying Shah Rukh Khan wil be the team of Om Shanti Om i.e. Farah Khan and debutante Deepika Padukone. Expect one entertaining episode. Here are a few titbits of this Koffee With Karan episode.

It’s home turf for Shah Rukh and Farah as they have been on Koffee with Karan more than 4 times each! They jokingly remark, “We have been here almost as much as you”. Karan, Shah Rukh and Farah, who share an excellent camaraderie, have an absolute ball on the show, as they leave no opportunity to mock each other! Farah admits that marriage has changed her and has given her a new perspective in life! Karan and Farah reminisce some funny incidents while they were shooting for Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and have a hearty laugh. Shah Rukh, on the other hand who is at his wittiest best and looking super cool with his new hairdo and well toned body tells Karan that he had promised Farah, if ever he would strip, it would be for her film! Speaking about Om Shanti Om, Farah and Shah Rukh keep their fingers crossed and are hoping that it lives up to its huge expectations! Joining them is the very beautiful Deepika Padukone who shares that she was nervous while shooting for Om Shanti Om but, Farah and Shah Rukh made her feel very comfortable. And when quizzed, if she was dating Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika expectedly replied the cliché, “We are friends.”

Ram Gopal Verma’s version of the classic Sholay surely has Bollywood fans waiting. Will RGV prove his mettle with his RGV Ki Aag? That’s what all fans want to know. Ram Gopal Verma said in an interview that, “RGV Ki Aag is his most original film to date”. Now that’s surprising because the movie is simply a remake of Sippy’s Sholay. But Ram Gopal Verma says that he has handled the whole Sholay concept very much differently in this film.

We will have to wait for next week , to see how true Ramu’s words are. But if the music of RGV Ki Aag is considered then Ram Gopal Verma surely has a different feel for his version of Sholay. The only song taken from the original is Mehbooba Mehbooba. And that’s perhaps the only good track in the otherwise TRASH album. So if this is what we get from Ramu’s Sholay then Ram Gopal Verma will surely have to face the real music when RGV Ki Aag hits the screens on 31st August.

Long time before the music of RGV Ki Aag released we gave you news about a hot song of Nisha Kothari and Ajay Devgan. The song titled Cha Raha has some hot moves between Ajay and Nisha Kothari. The song resembles the music videos for Ram Gopal Verma’s other films Shiva and James.
