Abhishek Bachchan Talks About Life After Marriage

Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan says it is too early to feel any change after marrying Aishwarya Rai, a news report said on Monday.

“Give me some time. It’s not like she is waiting for me when I get back home,” The Times Of India quoted Abshishek as saying as he resumed work after his honeymoon.

“Ash is working too, you know,” he added.

The Abhi-Ash jodi will now work together in Sarkar 2 in which Aishwarya will play a powerful woman who manages mob business.

Directed by Ram Gopal Varma, the movie is a sequel to the 2005 hit Sarkar about a ruthless mob boss played by Amitabh Bachchan. The three will appear on screen together in the movie. They had earlier worked together in Bunti or Babli.

Video : Scenes From Lagaan DVD

“Every Indian should have Lagaan DVD,” said , Aamir Khan at the launch of DVD/ VCD of Oscar nominated film Lagaan and the making of the movie titled Chale Chalo (directed by Satyajit Bhatkal) at an event in Mumbai yesterday. Aamir, along with director Ashutosh Gowarikar, Gracy Singh, Javed Akhtar, Satyajit Bhatkal and other members of the Lagaan team watched a special screening of Chale Chalo. “It brought tears to my eyes while watching Chale Chalo at several occasions,” he said.

Noted scriptwriter and lyricist Javed Akhtar summed up the Lagaan experience succinctly. “How time passes. Seven years have passed. In retrospect I have learnt how to write a script. For, here is a film that breaks all norms. When Ashutosh Gowarikar came to me first and narrated the script, I had tremendous sympathy and compassion for him. Here was a man planning to commit suicide. I sent an SOS to Aamir sahib stating the same. A film with a rural background, hero wearing a dhoti, rural folk music, heroine wrapped in a sari, cricket was a poison for box office….this film was exactly the opposite. But after Lagaan I have realized that there’s no formula, no law. Only law is instinct, passion and love for cinema. What is admirable is the passion, the junoon that went in making this film. Hats off to Aamir and his team for the junoon that is a rarity these days,” Akhtar said.

Aamir on his part as a producer clarified that he couldn’t release the DVD for six years after the release of the film as he was under a contract which stated that he can’t bring out the DVD of the film in the market for five years after the release of the film. “People say that I take a lot of time in taking decisions….Log kahte hain ki abhi tak soch raha hoga….but it was nothing of that sort,” Aamir said. And why did he choose Excel Home Videos? “I chose Excel because I wanted high quality. I also realized Excel can give me commitment, care and passion.”

First Look : Gandhi My Father

Anil Kapoor’s home production Gandhi My Father, directed by well known theatre person Feroze Khan is based on a man who shares a troubled relationship with his father. The father, by the way  happens to be none other than Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi.

Gandhi My Father Movie Preview

In the shadows of the Great Man (M.K. Gandhi) lived his eldest son, Harilal Gandhi. Once a follower of his father’s ideals, a rift formed between the two when father denied son the opportunity to study law in Great Britain. Harilal left his father in South Africa and returned to India determined to make it on his own. Instead he spent years roaming the streets like a beggar, converting to Islam as an act of rebellion, converting back to Hinduism as penance and finally drinking himself to death. Five months after the death of Mahatma Gandhi, Harilal Gandhi, died as a destitute, alone in a hospital in Bombay.

Video : Hot Kissing Scene of Abhay Deol And Neha Dhupia From Ek Chaalis Ki Last Local

If you have not watched Ek Chaalis Ki Last Local then buy or rent the VCDs ( they are out now) and watch it immediately. Ek Chaalis Ki Last local is a real good film and is different from the common Bollywood movies that are dished out every now and then. Ek Chaalis does have it share of pitfalls but overall it is a good movie.

This kissing sequence between Neha Dhupia and Abhay Deol is beautifully shot and not cheapely done. The movie does not show the hit song Laree Choote but the kissing scene somewhat compensates for that.

Do watch the movie there is more to it than just this kissing scene. But for now have a look at this smooching between Abhay Deol and Neha Dhupia.

The Mahiya remix version has Aanie grooving along with Emraan Hashmi and the female lead of the movie. My eyes were toh full time on Aanie. As i said earlier “tu ne aisi adaa se mujhe dekha, dil ho gaya nisaar mahiya” .

Shocking Video of Singer Abhijeet Insulting Music Director Bappi Lahri

Popular Bollywood singer Abhijeet, who was once considered to be Shahrukh Khan’s playback voice recently insulted Bappi Lahri. Apparently Gajendra Singh the director of the hit reality TV series who has made such hit series like Antakshari, India’s Best and the singing talent hunt Sa Re Ga Ma Pa had a fall out with his favorite channel Zee Tv and moved over to Star Plus. As Zee continued with the singing competition Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, Gajendra Singh decided to start his own singing competition Voice of India on Star Plus. Ask me and I would anyday prefer Voice of India to Sa Re Ga Ma Pa. But that is not the point right now.

Along with him Gajendra brought his loyal music band and also Shaan for comparing Voice of India. Alka Yagnik and Abhijeet who had earlier been judges of the Little Champ’s  Sa Re Ga Ma Pa moved with Gajendra Singh to judge Voice of India. While Bappi Lahri decided to stay with Zee’s Sa Re Ga Ma Pa.

Video : Emraan Sayali’s Hot Kissing Video From Train

Kisser and Emraan ….. the two words have to be said in the same breath. As Google is synonymous to searching. A day will surely approach when kisser will be synonymous to Emraan. The ape faced actor . I hope comparing Emraan Hashmi to an ape doesn’t anger the apes. Pardon me if it does. But mind you Emraan is very lucky when it gets to tasting Bollywood beauties and jiving to some of the best songs in Bollywood.

In his latest movie Train, Emraan gets to do some lip smacking with former Miss India Sayali Bhagat. Sayali if I may say so is the worst actress to have graced the Bollywood screen in recent times. And mind you it really takes a lot of talent to be worse than the likes of Celina Jaitely, Tanushree Dutta, Isha Shravani and Co. Sayali please find yourself another proffession.

Ok now coming to what all you readers are waiting to see. Here is the famous kissing video of Sayali Bhagat and Emraan Hashmi from the movie Train. When you have no solid script to offer and no actors that can act. Then i guess you can forgive the directors for putting in such scenes. We as an audience surely do not mind them…what say ? :)

So check out Sayali Bhagat and Emraan Hashmi’s kissing scene video from Train.

The Chak De India trailer has me all  geared up to watch this flick. Surely Shimit Amin’s effort to make a film on hockey will bring back India’s sidelined game to the forefront. So say Chak De……

So Watch out Chak De India Theatrical Teaser

Abhishek Bobby Recreate Magic Of Sholay In Jhoom Barabar Jhoom

Filed under: Bollywood Videos and Pictures - 18 Jun 2007

Titles can be misleading sometimes. Jhoom Barabar Jhoom is no where close to Sholay. If Sholay is in the A category then Jhoom Barabar Jhoom would probably find a place in the Z category.

Check out the picture below and you will understand what I meant by the title.
