Sachin to Play Gabbar’s brother in RGV’s Sholay

Sachin, more famous on the TV screen as the director of the very hilarious Tu Tu Mein Mein, is now all set to play Gabbar Singh’s (Amitabh Bachchan) brother in Ram Gopal Verma’s Sholay . Initially reluctant , RGV convinces Sachin that he would be great for the part.The character is a new addition by Ramu which was not a part of the original film. Sachin earlier was reluctant to play the role but Ramu convinced him for it. Ramu told Sachin that he had visualized him as Amitabh’s brother after watching Satte Pe Satta. Justifying the remake of Sholay by RGV, Sachin says that this film is very different from the original and targets different audiences. The very busy Sachin is also scheduled to make an appearance back to Indian Silver screen later this year.
