Video: To Phir Ao Song by Roxen for Awarapan

What’s common among Paap, Nazar, Woh Lamhe, Gangster, Kalyug and Zeher. Ya they all are products from the Bhatt camp. But there is one more thing, they all have a Pakistani connection to them. Some of the top most hit tracks in all these films have been sung by Pakistani artistes. Which points out the Bhatt’s affinity for Pakistani music.And now they take their affinity for Pakistani music to an all new level.

Their forthcoming titled, Awarapan, has all its songs sung by Pakistani singers. Yes you heard it right, every singer on this film’s hit soundtrack hails from Pakistan, making it the first for a mainstream Bollywood flick.

The main vocals for the two key songs (To Phir Aao & Tere Mera Rishta) belong to Mustafa Zahid, who founded the famous Pakistani band, Roxen. The other track, Maula Maula, is by Rafaqat Ali Khan, while the lively Maahiya, has been rendered by the 22-year old Annie, whose track took Pakistan by storm when it debuted in 2006.

The album is going to be a sure shot hit at the box-office. Especially To Phir Aao by the Roxen band and Mahiya by Annie.
