Roby Grewal, who made his directorial debut with the impressive Sushmita Sen starrer Samay, is directing MP3. Being shot at breakneck speed, the film is slated for August 4, 2006 release.
Here’s hoping that Mera Pehla Pehla Pyaar can do what Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak did way back in 1988. Bollywood desperately needs fresh and new faces. Think about it and you shall realise Bollywood actually doesn’t have anybody to play those college boy/girl roles. So perhaps Robby Grewal’s Mera Pehla Pehla Pyaar can provide us with the exuberance and freshness of youth that is lacking in Bollywood.
