Box Office Report
Last week we saw a spate of flops in the name of Delhii Heights, Say Salaam India and Khaana and Iyer. But that was mostly expected from these rather mundane movies. But this week we have Aishwarya Rai’s much hyped Provoked and Suneel Darshan’s multistarrer musical Shakalaka Boom Boom knocking at the Box office. So will these movies be successful in bringing smiles on the faces of the distributors. Read on and you will know….
Provoked Box Office Check
The movie got lots of praise from Bollywood critics. So Jagmohan Mundra is smiling. AishwaryaRai finally got some praise for acting rather than on her anatomy. So Aishwarya Rai is happy. But what aqbout the film’s distirbutors? The movie opened at an unexpected low of 5-10% and went literally unnoticed at the Box-Office. Feeling sorry for Aishwarya, the one time she did act and there is no one to see it
. All we can say is Better luck next time.

Shakalaka Boom Boom
Sunnel Darshan tries to woo Generation X with his Shakalaka. But no one seemed intersted to check out the Boom Boom in Mr. Darshan’s Shakalaka. So that meant Doom Doom for Shakalaka Boom Boom
. Oopsthat rhymes well.
Mr. Darshan’s amateurish directing, Himesh’s banal music, the actors and actresses bad performances, the idiotic dialogues, the hackneyed plot. Name it and you can Blame it for Shakalaka Boom Boom’s dismal Box Office show.
