1971 Movie Review
1971, a movie which deals with the 1971 war between India and Pakistan and it’s after-effects releases in theatres today. 1971 does not boast of a huge starcast. But as the recent trend is going, these are the movies that are doing well. So will debutant director Amrit Sagar’s effort pay at the box-office. This is one of the best movies of the year. Although it is about Indian Prisoners Of War retained by Pakistan, the director and storywriter have been successful in adding humour and creativity to keep the movie very entertaining and thought provoking at the same time. A very well made movie, must see indeed!

The movie is excellently-made and in my opinion is a must-see. While ‘Border’ had so much typical bollywood drama and songs, this movie brilliantly captures reality.
